I had an excellent experience with JBC Plumbing from start to finish. Another company had previously estimated the materials and labor for the same job and it was quoted at a drastically higher price, so I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable and fair JBC's pricing was. John saved me thousands of dollars. The quality of the work was outstanding - everything was done efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. John, in particular, was extremely kind, patient, and honest, which made the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to explain what was needed and never made me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers high quality work at a fair cost while treating customers with genuine care. John has done several jobs at our house and has always been professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.  He did a fantastic job running a new main water line into our house several years ago, and most recently was able to get a new well pump installed and running for us within 24 hours of the old pump going down. Having a leak , in my main water line, was not on my bingo card! I called JBC Plumbing- after other options. John answered, assured me he could take care of the issue.
